Rafael Oliveira
In 2014 Rafael Oliveira started to study baroque music in Brasília Music School.
In 2016 was in the 34º Curitiba Music Workshop studying with Rodrigo del Pozo, María Cristina Kiehr, and Jeffrey Skidmore. In the same year was in 5º Early Music International Workshop with conductor Sigiswald Kuijken. Rafael went to the Trancoso 2nd Sing Academy/Chorakademie Lübeck, with Professor Lucia Duchonova and conductor Rolf Beck. In December he was invited to sing as a soloist in Ensemble Turicum in Wasserkirche, Zurich, with conductor Luiz Alves da Silva.
In 2017 Rafael was soloist in 48º Campos do Jordão International Festival, sang Stabat Mater (Haydn). He joined the JSB Ensemble Bachakademie where he worked with Kathy Saltzman Romey, Hans-Christoph Rademann and Helmuth Rilling.
In 2018 was soloist in 35ª Curitiba Music Workshop “Tancredi” in Combattimento de Tancredi e Clorinda (Monteverdi) and tenor soloist in Bach Magnificat in 49º Campos do Jordão International Festival. He joined the 5º Weimar Bach Cantata Academy with Kathy Saltzman Romey and Helmuth Rilling.
In 2019 Rafael he joined the JSB Ensemble Bachakademie where worked with Kathy Saltzman Romey, Hans-Christoph Rademann and Jos van Veldhoven. He gave his debut in St John Passion, BWV 245, as Evangelist, with Porto Alegre Consort, directed by Diego Schuck Biasibetti.
